Return policy
30 days from delivery to request a return. A label is sent once your return is approved.
We have a 30 day return policy. That means you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
What we can accept
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened or unworn, with the original tags attached and in its original packaging. Please also have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.
Items purchased on sale, or as part of a discounted set, are returnable under the same 30 day policy.
How to start a return
Email us at info@reachathletica.com with your name, order number, and the item you would like to return. We will review your request and let you know whether it is approved.
Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us at info@reachathletica.com right away with your order number and a photo of the item.
Damaged items can be returned or exchanged free of charge. We cover the return shipping in full and send the label as soon as your claim is approved, so you are never out of pocket for a product that arrived wrong or faulty.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, place a separate order for the new size or style.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
